There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw from the cancellation conditions according to the general terms and conditions. Reference is expressly made to the legal provisions art. 45-67 of the Italian consumer protection code GvD 206/2005.

Reservation confirmation/deposit
A booking is binding for us as soon as we receive written confirmation and the agreed deposit has been credited to our account.

Payment
We prefer cash payment and advance bank transfers.
